Haha....

Yeah, I'm really bored right now. I'm just slowly waiting for the day to end so I can go home. I'm super tired and had a hard time sleeping last night. My MOM hates it when I stay up when there's nothing I can do about it. MOM! I'M NOCTURNAL! She blew me off when I said that to her. Really, I do try to fix my sleeping habits but then just kind of falls back into place just as it is now so I'm just kind of giving up on trying to fix it.

I don't think I sleep too much and I don't think I sleep to little. I just sleep at random times which makes it feel like I'm sleeping all the time. Most of the time I sleep during the day and pretty much stay up all night. Not all the time but a lot of the time. So chill diggity dog!

The Things That Drive Me Nuts!

Okay, so today in my video production class, we had a group of five people and three of the five people are pretty much somewhat normal people to me. The other two however, are weird. One of the guys looks eerily similar to a guy that I went to school with. Totally disgusting, has a pig nose, nerdy glasses, walks like a hunchback, and smells of urine. The other guy wears all sweats, stands around and does absolutely nothing whatsoever to help. The only thing he does is wander off down the hallway and he acts like he's stoned out of his freaking mind.

I really wanted to ask him if he was high. He kept asking me if we were going to have to fight over one computer in our group to edit the footage the we had filmed. I looked at him funny and thought to myself, "Really? There are 30 to 35 computers in the classroom and about 25 students enrolled in the class. And the teacher clearly told us several times throughout the class time and every single time we had class that we would individually be editing, that we together as a group, filmed."

Just another adventure in college I guess. You always see something new, and old I suppose. I occasionally see one of my old classmates from last semester. Like the smoker lady; she could be nice but whined like a little baby when she didn't understand something and would complain to the teacher. Mind you, this lady is like in her 50's. She would constantly run to the bathroom and her tits sagged to the floor. Excuse my French. But it was true. I think half the time she was really going on a smoke break because she would come back smelling like cigarettes.

Need to Vent

Oh my goodness! I'm having such a difficult time in my Multimedia class right now! I can't do this stupid typography poster thing in Photoshop, it's too difficult. I'm not a make a poster type of person. I am a video, photo, audio, animation kind of person. I just needed to vent before I totally rip the hair out of my head. I mean don't get me wrong, I love doing all kinds of multimedia but I don't think we should be using Photoshop because it's a very powerful program. We should at least be taught on it first.

I don't even know where to begin, and it's due today after class! I mean I have a very rough sketch on my poster but I don't know how to add any detail or any color. I don't want to ask the teacher because I want to figure out this crap on my own. So far, it ain't working, but I'm hoping something will pop up and help me.... Only an hour and 20 minutes to go.....

Having A Time to Write

So, here I am just minding my own business. It's kind of awkward sitting next to people you don't know and listening to things they mumble to themselves or do something on accident with a computer. Most people, like me, tend to just look away and pretend like it never happened.

I am becoming more comfortable in the college environment however, but it's still a little intimidating at times. You meet a lot of interesting people in this small community college. I mean don't get me wrong, there's a lot more people here than there was in my high school. Only a total of 500 students attended there and here at Butte College, there's has to be a couple thousand or more.

I never really liked school. It was never really my thing. In fact I hated school. The students were intimidating, the teachers seemed to teach everyone the same; crappy, and you didn't get an inch of respect anywhere. Even in the office, the ladies there would literally give you mean stares and an attitude to boot.

I've had teachers tell me and other classmates that we would never make it to college and we were going to be the stupidest generation yet. Many other moments like this happened in my high school life as well as some areas in middle school.

But look at me now; a 19 year old girl, in her second semester of college being a Radio/TV/Film Major. Stick that up your butt society!

Hellooooooooo!

Wow, it's been pretty much a full year since I have been on here and put up a post. No fear though, I am here and stronger than ever! Finished my first semester of college and now on my second which I believe will be a better semester. Got a man that I'm very happy with and not really doing a whole lot except school and waiting for what will come my way which could be any day.

I took two classes last semester which were, Art 8 and English 219. My art class was three hours long and we pretty much just drew with graphite pencils, charcoal and briefly pastels. Some days we would have critique's the entire three hours.

This semester however, I am taking video and audio production (those are two different classes) and Introduction to Multimedia. They are all very interesting and fun classes. These classes actually grab my attention and I've never really had a class that did that to me.

As you can tell by the date, it is Valentine's Day. My sweety gave me flowers and a box i haven't seen inside yet so I'm excited to see that when I get home from school! So I want to say thank you to Bubby!

I would like to say Happy Valentine's Day to everyone and to remember that it's not just for people with boyfriends or girlfriends but the fact that you are loved.
